Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services of PT Nafitek Global Indonesia, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

PT Nafitek Global Indonesia provides industrial services including:

• Component supply and procurement
• Special purpose machine design and manufacturing
• Maintenance and repair services
• Automation services and PLC programming
• Brand distribution and technical support

3.1 Project Agreements

All services are provided under specific project agreements that outline scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These agreements supersede these general terms for specific projects.

3.2 Quality Assurance

We guarantee that all services will be performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Any defects in workmanship will be corrected at no additional cost within the warranty period specified in the project agreement.

3.3 Emergency Services

Emergency support services are available for critical equipment failures. Emergency service rates and response times are specified in separate service agreements.

• Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in agreements
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date

All intellectual property rights in custom designs, software, and documentation created specifically for clients remain with PT Nafitek Global Indonesia unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive usage rights as defined in project agreements.

PT Nafitek Global Indonesia's liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.

All work is performed in accordance with applicable safety regulations and industry standards. Clients are responsible for providing safe working conditions and necessary safety equipment at their facilities.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, processes, and proprietary data. Non-disclosure agreements may be executed for sensitive projects.

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Termination procedures and obligations are detailed in project agreements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
